Stay in with Iana in her 2015 feature from the photographer Jennifer Vaughn. Dressed in blue lingerie, we got to know Iana better back then. "I'm very down to earth," she told us. "Growing up around brothers, I have a different attitude from a lot of girls. I love to laugh and be goofy. One of my favorite things is staying in with a funny or scary movie." Iana loved her time with Playboy. "Playboy models are just totally my style," she said. "As for Playmates, they're gorgeous girls with great personalities.
