That would be so unnatural. Imagine if you went to a doctor and told them that you felt like a woman trapped in a man's body. The doctor then proceeds to schedule you to have your dick and balls removed, places you on intensive hormone therapy, and advises you to consider surgical breast implants. Yo doc, wouldn't it be better (cheaper, safer & less painful) to fix my head? Can't you prescribe pills or therapy to put me in harmony with my body? Again, I don't know shit.
